How to Use

Start with clean, dry skin. Each evening after removing makeup, use the wand to apply a thin layer of serum along the upper lash line, as you would with eyeliner. Blink several times to help the serum transfer naturally to the lower lashes. If needed, make a second light sweep along the lower lash line. Avoid getting the serum directly in your eyes.
