1. Take your “before” photo

Within 14 days of receiving your serum, take a clear, close-up, time-stamped photo of the relevant area:

Your photo should be make-up-free, well lit and close enough to clearly show the lashes or brows before you begin using the product.

2. Use your serum consistently for 3 months

Use your Line Theory serum as directed for the full 3-month period.

For your claim to be valid, you must use the same serum consistently and not switch between different lash or brow serums during the guarantee period.

3. Take your “after” photo

After 3 months of consistent use, take a second clear, close-up, time-stamped photo of the same area.

For the fairest comparison, try to take your after photo in similar lighting, from a similar angle, and without make-up.

4. Submit your claim

Complete the claim form at the bottom of this page within 4 calendar months of purchase.

You will need to include your full name, your email address, your order number, the eligible product you are claiming for, your before photo, your after photo, a clear photo of the product, whether you feel you saw no growth, no thickness change, or neither.

Once submitted, our customer care team will review your claim and contact you with the outcome.

If you experience discomfort, irritation or sensitivity, stop using the product and contact our customer care team for support.

The Money-Back Guarantee is specifically for customers who have used an eligible product consistently for 3 months and are unhappy with their visible results. Skin suitability queries may be handled separately by our customer care team.
